Keep in mind the plushie you’re ordering hasn’t actually been created yet. The plushie photos represent approximately what the product will look like, but keep in mind it might not be a 100% exact match once created.
What is the refund policy for this product?
Can I buy a plushie later?
These special edition plushies are made to order so we are only producing the number of plushies reserved during the pre-order period. The Creator may or may not offer this plushie again in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are fulfilled from the U.S. but can be shipped internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
US: $5.99 for the first plushie & $2.00 for each additional item.
UK + Rest of the world: $12.50 & $4.00 for each additional item.
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
There may be additional import fees charged by your government if you live outside the U.S. This fee usually depends on the value of the item being shipped. You can find more information about your country’s import fees (if they exist) online.
Why is there a pre-order and production period?
